Henry Harden Sr.

Wake and funeral services have been scheduled for 8 p.m. tonight at St.
Charles Baptist Church in Paincourtville for Henry Harden Sr., 68, a
native of Paincourtville and a resident of New Orleans, who died at 6:15
p.m. Tuesday in Touro Infirmary in New Orleans.

Dismissal will be at 11 a.m. Saturday with interment in the church
cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today at the church.

He was the husband of Enola S. Harden of Paincourtville; father of Henry
Harden Jr. of Toledo, Ohio, Muriel Simon and Earl Marks, both of New
Orleans, Gary Lopez Hill of Dallas, Texas, and Evelyn Steward of
Napoleonville; and the brother of Samuel Harden Sr., Florestine Chapman,
Selina Lewis and Carrie Simoneaux, all of Paincourtville.

He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marks and Elnora Harden.
