Emily Granier Loupe

Services from St. Gertrud Catholic Church in Des Allemands were held
Sunday for Emily Granier Loupe, 76, a native of Lafourche Parish and a
resident of Des Allemands for 50 years, who died at 3:30 p.m. Friday.

Dismissal services were planned for this morning with interment in the
St. Gertrude Cemetery.

She was the mother of Warren Loupe; sister of Mae Mae Peltier; and the
half-sister of Davis Granier Jr. and Lena Simoneaux.

She is also survived by four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Didier Loupe; five brothers
and sisters, Ella G. Veller, Odele Falgoust, Louis, O'Neil and Willa
Granier; and her parents, Davis and Albertine Martinez Granier. Falgout
Funeral Home is handling, arrangements.
