Josephine Stevens

Funeral services have been scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at St.
Genevieve Catholic Church for Josephine Scarpulla Stevens, 81, who died
at 4 a.m. today.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Visitation will be at Thibodaux Funeral Home from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday.

She was the mother of Sterling Stevens and Marguerite Duet.

She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and
a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Irby Peter Stevens; and a son,
Raymond Stevens. Thibodaux Funeral Home is in, charge of arrangements.
