Claude Williams

Wake and funeral services have been scheduled for 8 p.m. today at New
Morning Star Baptist Church in Labadieville for Claude Williams, 50, a
resident of New Orleans, who died at 9:30 a.m. Monday.

Dismissal services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday with interment in
the church cemetery.

Visitation will be today from 5 p.m. until funeral time at the church.

He was the husband of Annie Rose Williams of New Orleans; father of
Claude Jr., Lloyd, Rose, Cynthia, Janice, Denise and Tera Williams, all
of New Orleans; and the brother of Olivier Williams of New Orleans,
Lillian Van Buren, Grace Brown, Morris and Charles Williams, all of
Thibodaux, Betty Jones of Ewelleville and Hazel Robinson of
Labadieville.

He is also survived by a grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Albertha Williams; a
brother, Munson Williams; and a son, Troy Williams.
