Elmire DeFelice

Funeral services were scheduled for this morning from the funeral home
of Jacob Schoen & Son in New Orleans followed by a Mass of Christian
Burial at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church for Elmire Galjour
DeFelice, 91, a native of Larose and resident of New Orleans for 45
years, who died Saturday at 2:15 p.m.

She was the mother of Evida D. Kilgen, Mrs. Bert (Thelma) Lewis, Daisy
D. Duvigneaud, Lloyd M. and Savare J. DeFelice.

She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one
great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Esteff S. DeFelice; sons
Stephen J. and Luke Z. DeFelice; parents Oscar Galjour and Pauline
Cretini; sisters Valentine G. Danigole, Marie G. Schouest, Lucy G.
Duffy, Marceline G. Autin and Etienette G. Guidry; brothers William,
Joseph and Rene Galjour; and two grandchildren.
