Norman Williams

Religious services were scheduled from Our Lady of Prompt Succor
Catholic Church in Golden Meadow today at 2 p.m. for Norman Joseph
Williams, 63, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, who died Wednesday
at Galliano at 6:02 a.m.

He was the husband of Ruth Bradford Williams; the father of Wanda
Goodroe, Denise Griffin and Donnie Williams; and the brother of Fred and
Alcide Williams, Mae Lobue and Sedonia Pitre.

He is also survived by five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Walter and Gus Williams; and
sisters, Pauline Bernard, Josephine Williams and Elnora Turnage; and
parents Charlie and Liza Duet Williams.

Interment will be in Williams Cemetery in Golden Meadow. Falgout Funeral
Home in Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
