Charles J. Gaudet

A mass of Christian burial was held Saturday in the Chapel of Jacob
Schoen & Son Inc. in New Orleans for Charles J. Gaudet, 88, a native of
Labadieville and a resident of New Orleans, who died at 2 a.m. Friday.

Interment was in St. Louis Cemetery No. 3.He was the husband of Camelia
Lorenz Gaudet; father of Mrs. Shirley G. Wells; and the brother of Mrs.
Corinne Pflug.

He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emilie Aucoin and Wittington
Gaudet; and five brothers and sisters, Mrs. Lucille Achee, George,
Louis, Philip and Albert Gaudet.
