George P. Cancienne

Religious services were scheduled for 10 a.m. today at St. Philomena
Catholic Church, Labadieville, for George Paul Cancienne, 87, a native
and resident of Labadieville, who died Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in
Napoleonville.

He was the husband of the late Beatrice Lasseigne Cancienne; father of
Elsie C. Rodrigue, Doris C. Aysenne, Marie C. Rodrigue, Alyce C. Folse
and Paul and Lloyd Cancienne and the late Ruth Cancienne; brother of
Linda Landry and the late Damos, Ernest, William, Albert, Alcee, Phillip
Cancienne and Cecile Delaune.

He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
