Philomena Bourg

Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St.
Philomena Catholic Church, for Philomena B. Bourg, 62, a native of
Labadieville and a resident of Napoleonville who died Tuesday at 11:05
p.m.Visitation has been scheduled from 5-10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m.
until funeral time Thursday at Landry's Funeral Home in Labadieville,
with interment in the church cemetery. She was the wife of John J.
Bourg; mother of Peggy Locascio; sister of Eunice Gautreaux and Mildred
Boudreaux; and step-sister of Nobbie Guillot, Nola Belteau and Sadie
Roger.She is also survived by four grandchildren.She was preceded in
death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Benoit; one sister, Louise
Pitre; three half-sisters, Inez Lirette, Lottie Benoit and Mabel Kern;
and two half-brothers, Jeffrey and Ivy Blanchard.Mrs. Bourg was also a
member of the Catholic Daughters of America, St. Philomena Court.
