John Easley

Funeral services have been scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of
Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Chackbay, for John B. Easley, 72, a
native of Cookville, Texas, and a resident of Thibodaux who died
Thursday at 12:30 p.m. Visitation has been scheduled from 5:30-9 p.m.
today at Thibodaux Funeral Home and from 8 a.m. until funeral time
Saturday. He was the husband of Beatrice Himel Easley; father of Mrs.
Donald (Maxine) Richard and Mona McClain; and half-brother of Cecil
Cloud. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren. Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the
arrangements.
