Etonia Ledet

Funeral services were scheduled for 1 p.m. today at Holy Rosary Catholic
Church, Larose, for Etonia "Toot" Byrne Ledet, 73, a native and resident
of Larose who died Monday at 1:30 a.m. in Raceland.

Interment was to be in the church cemetery.

She was the mother of Norris Paul Ledet of Larose, Jimmy Joseph Ledet of
Gray, Mrs. Tilman (Gertie) Pierce of Cut Off and Mrs. Ernest (Nancy)
Plaisance of Lockport; and half-sister of Nolton Adams.

She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Forest "Tee" Ledet; her
parents, Albert and Antoinette Plaisance Byrne; a sister, Josephine
Loup; and one half-sister Marie C. Chouest.Falgout Funeral Home was in
charge of Arrangements.
