Arcelie Landry

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Bernadette
Catholic Church in Houma for Arcelie Babin Landry, 85, a native and
resident of Houma who died Sunday at 9:50 p.m.

Visitation will be 5-11 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma and
Tuesday 8 a.m. until funeral time. Interment is in the St. Francis de
Salles No. 2 Cemetery.

She is survived by six daughters, Audrey Kramer, Houma; Mrs. Cleveland
(Gladys) Breaux, Raceland; Neddie Foret, Raceland; Mrs. Claude (Bernice)
Ledet, Houma; Mrs. Oneal (Thelma) Breaux, Houma and Mrs. Aldon (Mary
Anne) Breaux, Raceland. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 53
great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Landry; parents,
Euzelien and Amanda Pitre Babin; two brothers, Ellis and Eusy Babin;
four sisters, Edia Hebert, Elvine Hebert, Edna King and Eunice Porche;
three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Chauvin Funeral Home in
Houma is in charge of arrangements.
