Paul B. Oubre Sr.

Religious services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of
Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie for Paul B. "Bras" Oubre Sr., who died
Sunday at 6 p.m.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Isom Oubre; daughters, Theresa O.
Johnson and Marguerite O. Stewart, both of Vacherie; sons, Paul B. Jr.,
Oliver J., Gabriel J. and Francis G. Oubre, all of Vacherie; a sister,
Georgiana O. Gautier; brothers, Joseph Sr. and John Oubre; and 14
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Florestal and Georgiana Oubre;
brothers, Walter, Wilbert and Snell Oubre; and sisters, Prescovia O.
Philip and Marie O. Roussel.

Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 8 a.m. until
funeral time. Interment will be at the church cemetery.
