Doris Papa

Religious services are scheduled for 9:45 a.m. from Landry's Funeral
Home in Thibodaux followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph
Co-Cathedral at 10 a.m. for Doris Picou Papa, 48, a native and resident
of Thibodaux, who died Monday at 7 p.m.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Joseph Papa Sr.; mother, Irene
Danigole; a son, Michael J. Papa Jr.; daughters, Victoria Marie Papa,
Mrs. Mary Grace Ghods and Elizabeth Ann Papa; a brother, Wallace Picou
Jr.; and sisters, Gladys Hawthorne and Judy Duarte.

Visitation will be held today at the funeral home from 5-10 p.m. and on
Thursday from 8 a.m. until funeral time. Interment will be in St. Joseph
Cemetery.
