Edwina Plaisance

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart
Catholic Church in Cut Off for Edwina Galjour Plaisance, 67, a native of
New Orleans and resident of Cut Off.

Visitation will be at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano today 4-11 p.m.
and from 7 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday. Interment will be in the
church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband Warren Plaisance Sr.; a son, Warren
Plaisance Jr.; two brothers, Oscar and Joe Galjour; and sisters, Thelma
Chassaniol, Eleanor "Blue" Carroll, Rita Niklaus and Shirley Pitre. She
is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John "Joe'' and Ophelia Triche
Galjour; and a sister, Norma Orgeron.

She was a member of the Catholic Daughters and the Lady's Altar Society
of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Arrangements were by Falgout Funeral Home.
