Michael Marcello

Funeral services are scheduled at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Mothe Funeral
Home Chapel in Gretna for Michael S. Marcello, 73, a native of
Labadieville and resident of Gretna, who died Monday at 12:40 a.m.

Visitation is today 6-10 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in
West Lawn Memorial Park.

He was the husband of Cecile Comeaux Marcello; father of Mrs. Jerry
(Marilyn) Borne, Kathy Creath, Michael, James and Steve Marcello; and
brother of Mrs. Noah (Laura) Pierce, Mrs. Russell (Mary) Taulli, Mrs.
Vernon (Marguerite) Ziifle, Mrs. Wayne (Sarah) Salathe and Lucas
Marcello Jr. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucas and Bernadette Mustachia
Marcello; and brother, Joseph Marcello.
