John Cressionie

Funeral services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Gheens
Presbyterian Church for John Waller Cressionie, 71, a native of
Labadieville and resident of Gheens, who died Thursday at 10:41 a.m.

Visitation is today 6-11 p.m. and 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at
the church. Interment is in the church cemetery.

He was the husband of Melva Dufrene Cressionie, father of Mrs. Lynn
(Chee Chee) Breaux, Mrs. Harris (Joan) Griffin, Billy and Kendrick
Cressionie; and brother of Mrs. Joe (Jean) Clulee. He is also survived
by nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clephas and Julia Boudreaux
Cressionie; and brothers, Alcee, Alcide, Louis and Abby
Cressionie.Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, is in charge of arrangements.
