Philip Plaisance

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart
Catholic Church, Cut Off, for Philip Paul Plaisance, 72, a native and
resident of Cut Off who died Monday at 8:30 p.m. in Thibodaux.

Visitation is 5 p.m. to midnight today and 7 a.m. until funeral time
Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano. Interment will be in
Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.

He was the husband of Helena Danos Plaisance; father of Van Plaisance
and June Plaisance; and brother of Don and Edwick Plaisance, Octavie P.
Pierce and Clarisse Plaisance. He also is survived by five
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix and Natalie Autin
Plaisance; two brothers, Anthony and Loveless Plaisance, and three
sisters, Violet Guidry, Evelia Bruce and Lorida Martin.Falgout Funeral
Home in Galliano is in charge of the arrangements.
