Maebelle Rodrigue

Funeral services are scheduled at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Phillip
Catholic Church in Vacherie for Maebelle Guidry Rodrigue, 72, a native
and resident of Vacherie who died Saturday at 1 p.m.

Visitation is Tuesday 8 a.m. until funeral time at the church. Interment
is in the church cemetery.

She was the mother of Shelia Haydel, Janet Motes, Betty Falgoust,
Charlene, Alwin, Erroll and Edward Rodrigue; and sister of Joseph,
Russel and Alvin Guidry. She is also survived by 16 grand children and
eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband,
Victor Rodrigue; son, Robley Rodrigue; brothers, Harold, Roland and
Charles Guidry.

Donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation are preferred. Landry's Funeral
Home, Thibodaux, is in charge of arrangements.
