Henry Young

Funeral services are scheduled Saturday at 2 p.m. at First Providence
Baptist Church in Baldwin for Henry Young, 83, a native of Thibodaux and
resident of Baldwin, who died Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Interment is in the church cemetery.

He was the husband of Louise B. Young; father of Esther Y. Parker of
Thibodaux and Shirley Y. Barnes of Houston, Texas. He is also survived
by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tucker and Mary Johnson Young;
sister, Eartha Smith; and brothers, Fred, Willie, Wallace, Oliver and
Anderson Young.Otis Funeral Home, Franklin is in charge of arrangements.
