Joseph Arcement

Funeral services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes
Catholic Church in Violet for Joseph Peter Arcement, 80, a native of
Labadieville and resident of St. Bernard Parish, who died Sunday.

Visitation will be today 6-10 p.m. at Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home,
New Orleans. Interment will be in St. Bernard Memorial Garden.

He was the father of Peggy Schifano and Larry Arcement; and brother of
Tillie Doming and Grace Oddo. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren
and 12 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Ory Arcement; sons, Jerry
and Carroll Arcement; sisters, Pauline Martinez, Adele Gros and Althea
Hebert; brothers, Henry, Etienne, Antoine and Albert Arcement Jr.; and
parents, Albert and Grace Folse Arcement
