Hugh Carrick

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today at the Falgout Funeral Home
Chapel in Houma for Hugh Isaac "Red" Carrick, 77, a native of Montrose,
Iowa, and resident of Bayou Blue, who died at 9.15 p.m. Tuesday.

Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Gray.

He was the father of David Carrick of Mount Pleasant, Iowa; and
stepfather of Mrs. Gary (Jeri) Sinclair of Gonzales, Mrs. Sidney (Ruth)
Eglosf of Alabama and Mrs. Patrick (Judy) Braud of Houma. He is also
survived by 20 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eloise Olivier Carrick; parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Carrick; stepdaughter, Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Angelle;
four brothers and one sister.
