Michael Gaiennie

Funeral services are scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Landry's Funeral
Home, Labadieville, for Michael Robert Gaiennie, 82, a native of
Thibodaux and a resident of Houma who died Sunday at 7:30 a.m.

Religious services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Philomena
Catholic Church in Labadieville. Interment will be in St. Joseph
Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 5-10 p.m. today and 8 a.m. until
funeral time Tuesday at the funeral home.

He was the husband of Mary Mire Gaiennie; father of Sandy Gaiennie;
brother of Frank Gaiennie and Blanche Massey.

He is also survived by two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Juanita Alberti
Gaiennie; two brothers, Louis R. Gaiennie Jr. and Thomas Gaiennie; and
two sisters, Cecile Brunet- and Cora Barron.Landry's Funeral Home is in
charge of arrangements.
