Eustache Pitre

Funeral services were scheduled for 9 a.m. today at Sacred Heart
Catholic Church, Cut Off, for Eustache Benoit Pitre, 83, a native of Cut
Off and a resident of Lockport, who died at 4:14 a.m. Monday.

Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Cut Off.

He was the husband of Bridget Chaisson Pitre; father of Whitney Pitre
and Wilma P. Pitre; brother of Martha Bourgeois; and step-brother of
Elbe and Harold Pitre and Vanita Gilcrest. He is also survived by 9
grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife by first marriage, Marie Lefort
Pitre; and step-sister, Helena Gilcrest.

Arrangements were by Falgout Funeral Home, Galliano.
