Colrie Davis
Funeral services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Richardson Funeral
Home in Clinton for Colrie Davis, 58, a native of Slaughter and resident of
Blairstown, who died Friday.Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the
funeral home and 10 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday. Burial is in the New
Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.He was the husband of Carrie Davis; father of
Alice Guy, Luella Davis and Lorraine Lee, Leroy Davis and Willard Davis;
brother of Alzeania Bell, Louise Banks, Sarah King, Shirley Holiday, Ben,
Allen, Earl and Isiah Davis, and Percy and Eugene Davis of Raceland. He was
also survived by nine grandchildren.He was preceded in death by parents; a
son, Arthur Davis; two brothers and a sister.
