Clarence Bourgeois
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in
Thibodaux for Clarence "Jake" Bourgeois, 76, a native of Schriever and
resident of
Thibodaux who died Aug. 30, 1990 at 4:45 a.m.
Visitation will be 6-10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until funeral time
Saturday.
He was the husband of Alma Cancienne Bourgeois; father of Marie Ward, Chris
Credeur, Claire Hernandez, and Richard and Martin Bourgeois; brother of
Elouise
Bienvenue, Lillian Myers, and Les ter and Harold Bourgeois. He is also
survived by three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Valery Bourgeois and Julia
Thibodaux
Bourgeois; a sister, Julia Bourgeois Carver; and two brothers, Valery
Bourgeois Jr. and Lawrence Bourgeois.
Landry's Funeral home of Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
