Effie Rousseau
Funeral service was today at 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in
Paincourtville for Effie LeBlanc Rousseau, 77, a native of Bruly St. Martin
and resident of Paincourtville who died Aug. 25, 1990.
She was the wife of Jules L. Rousseau; mother of Marian Landry, Joyce
Theriot,
Verda Jarreau, Clarice Charlet, Buddy L., Gerald J., Donald L., and Raymond
J. Rousseau; sister of Una LeBlanc, Dallas Landry, and Francis Guillot. She
is
also survived by 27 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Levoldais LeBlanc and Irma Dugas
LeBlanc; three sisters, Maude Fitters and Eunice and Elsie LeBlanc.
