Jeanne Bourg
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis de
Sales
Cathedral in Houma for Jeanne Achee Bourg, 94, a native of Labadieville and
resident of Houma who died Sunday,
Dec. 2, 1990
at 1 p.m.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until funeral time
Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Interment will be in St. Francis de Sales
Cemetery No. 1.
She was the mother of Marie Lawton, Catherine Gautreau and Jeanne Wurzlow;
sister of Celeste Moreau. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 22
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles John Bourg; parents, Julie
Delaune, and Samuel Achee; sisters, Sister Mary Rita, Agnes and Marie Achee;
brothers, Elmore, the Rev. Anthony and Francis Achee.
Chauvin Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements.
