Lorridia Lafont
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic
Church in Golden Meadow for Lorridia Guidry Lafont, 78, a native of Cut Off
and a resident of Golden Meadow, who died Dec. 1, 1990, at 2:45 p.m.
Visitation will be at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano from 3 to 11 p.m.
Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday.
Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cut Off.
She was the mother of Doris Lafont Plaisance; sister of Willie Guidry and
Hilda Guidry Curole.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Arthemise C. Guidry; her
husband, Aramis Lafont, four brothers, Lorris, Louis, Whitney and Morrison
Guidry. She was survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
