Edward Simoneaux
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in
Paincourtville for Edward Joseph Simoneaux, 64, a native and resident of
Paincourtville, who died Wednesday at 5:50 p.m.
Visitation will be from 5:30-10 p.m. today and from 8:30 a.m. until funeral
time Friday at Landry's Funeral Home in Napoleonville. Interment will be in
the
church cemetery.
He was the husband of Celia Cedatol Simoneaux; father of Bobby and Kenneth
Simoneaux, Bonnie Kern and Dolores "Dodie" Martinez; brother of Haward
Simoneaux, Evy Dill, Hazel Mabile, Elsie Boudreaux, Lee Anna Melancon,
Alma-Mickey Pizani and Emily Hymel. He is, also survived by 10 grandchildren
and one
great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis C. and Laura Richard
Simoneaux; sisters, Inez and Therese Simoneaux and Lucille "Tina" Cook.
