Adelene Bailey
Funeral services were held today at St.Paul Baptist Church in Gonzales at 11
a.m. for Adelene Ricard Bailey, 66, a native of Convent and resident of
Gonzales who died Sunday at 8:03 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Regional
Medical Center.Visitation was on Wednesday at St. Paul Baptist Church, with
burial in the church cemetery.She was the mother of Promise Bailey Jr.; the
step-mother of Geraldine M. McMeller, Clyde Emile and Thomas Bailey; and the
sister of Joseph and Rosie Ricard. She is also survived by one grandchild,
one great-grandchild, 19 step-grandchildren, and 36
step-great-grandchildren.
