Alvin Bourgeois
Funeral services were held today at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose
for Alvin P. Bourgeois, 57, a native and resident of Larose who died Monday
at 1:49 p.m.Interment is in the church cemetery.He was the husband of Lula
Landry Bourgeois; father of Alvin Bourgeois Jr. and Penny Bruce; and brother
of Louis and John Bourgeois, Rose Breaux, Delores and Gloria Hebert. He is
also survived by two grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents,
Roy and Edwina Bourgeois Cancienne.Falgout Funeral Home, Galliano, was in
charge of arrangements.
