Anthony Galliano
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic
Church in Houma for Anthony Wilson Galliano, 74, a native and resident of
Galliano, who died Wednesday at 9:25 a.m. [3 Jan 1990]Visitation is from 5
to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Chauvin
Funeral Home. Interment is in the church cemetery.He was the husband of
Marie Pertuit Galliano; father of Anthony W. ÒTonyÓ Jr., Frank Joseph and
Lynn Paul Galliano, Anita G. Galliano Walgamotte and Janice G. McGee; and
brother of Aurelia G. Pitre. He is also survived by six grandchildren and
one great-grandchild.He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and
Euphemia Smith Galliano; brothers, Gibson and Jefferson Galliano; and
sister, Bella Galliano Boudreaux.Mr. Galliano was retired from Texaco and
was a member of American Legion Post 349 and VFW Post 3665 of
Raceland.Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
