Robert Lottinger
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Francis De Sales Cathedral
in
Houma for Judge Robert Denis "Bobby" Lottinger Sr., 77, a native and
resident of Houma, who died Sunday at 2:35 p.m.
Visitation is at St. Francis De Sales Cathedral today from, 6-10 p.m. and
Tuesday from 10 a.m. until funeral time. The Rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
today. Interment is in St. Francis De Sales No. 2 Cemetery.
He was the father of Robert Jr., Richard L. and David E. Lottinger and
Sister
Catherine M. Lottinger SSND and brother of Emma Lea Lottinger, Lee P. and
Allen Lottinger. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great
grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Naquin Lottinger; parents, Lee
Philip Sr. and Emma Landry Lottinger; son, John F. Lottinger and sister,
Ruth Lennep.
He was a Houma city judge for 36 years and was known to all as the "Little
Judge". He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, American Diabetes
Association, Order of the Elks, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Louisiana Bar Association
and Terrebonne Parish Bar Association.
The family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes
Association, Kidney Foundation and St. Francis De Sales Building Foundation.
Chauvin Funeral Home, Houma, is in charge of arrangements.
