Interment is in the church cemetery.She was the mother of Mary Briggy Bailey, Sally Barker, Pamela Chiasson, Lucy Barker, Lee, Jacob, Mathew, Samuel, Andrew and Patrick Barker; sister of Helen Hodnett, Mona LaRose, Carolyn Oncale and Clyde Naquin. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Nicholas Barker; parents, Leon and Bertha Picou Naquin; and son, Chester Barker.She was the past president of both the E.D. White Mother's Club and Les Amies. She and her late husband were chairmen of the March of Dimes in Lafourche Parish for 20 years. They were also the first joint recipients of the Durel Award for Outstanding Community Service in 1961. =============================
