Elsie Martin
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Anne's Catholic Church
in Napoleonville for Elsie Rodrigue Martin, 86, a native and resent of
Napoleonville, who died Tuesday at 5:30 a.m.Interment is in the church
cemetery.She was the mother of Laurence A. "Laurie" Martin; and sister of
Lucille Gonzales and Isabelle Chenet. She is also survived by two
grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Martin;
parents, Francis and Laurence Gianelloni Rodrigue; son, Robert C. Martin,
Jr.; brothers, Francis, George and the Rev. James Rodrigue; and sisters,
Inez Chauvin and Lois Rodrigue.
