Roy Thomassie
Funeral services will be held today at. 7 p.m. at Mothe Funeral Home in
Harvey for Roy P. Thomassie, 62, a native of Larose and resident of Harvey
who died Wednesday at 2:15 a.m.He was the former husband of Mildred Pitre
Thomassie; father of Antoin J. Tony and Christopher P. Thomassie; and
brother of Marion Hepting, Ida Boudreaux, and Emily Lafleur. He is also
survived by three grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents,
Judith Richoux Thomassie and Antoin Thomassie, and brothers, Antoin and
Claude Thomassie.
