Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery.
He was the husband of Anna Belle Landry Blanchard; father of Sherry Charlet,
Sharon Mabile and Madelyn, Farrell and Lloyd Blanchard Jr.; son of Ursula
Mabile; brother of Diny and Linwood Blanchard, Doris Alleman, Audrey Rivero,
Rita Prevost, Mildred Arceneaux, Denise Cedotal and Flavia Barros. He is
also
survived by nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Meliza Blanchard; a son, Martin
Blanchard; a brother, Gustave Blanchard; and a sister, Leanne Blanchard.
