Alex Guidry Sr.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in
Lockport
for Alex J. Guidry Sr., 81, a native of Galliano , and resident of Lockport,
who died Sunday,
Nov. 4, 1990
, at 6:30 a.m.
Visitation will be from 6-11 p.m. today and from 7 a.m. until funeral time
Tuesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. Interment will be in the church
cemetery.
He was husband of Della Chaisson Guidry; father of Alex Jr. and Perry
Guidry,
Nelwood Adams, Nora Gautreaux, Joyce Oney, Betty Foret, JoAnn Bellanger,
Gloria
McGee and Sister Mary Elizabeth (Linda Guidry) brother of Edwin Guidry,
Margie
Hayes and Daisy Lusco. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 63 great-
grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Myrtle Arceneaux; parents,
Joseph
Guidry and Melina Chauvin Guidry; brothers, Eunice, Joseph, Harry and Edmond
Guidry.
Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of arrangements.
