Wilma Bolden
Funeral will be at 8 p.m. today at Bright Morning Star First Baptist
Church in Napoleonville for Wilma Truehill Bolden, 65, a native of
Napoleonville and resident of Baton Rouge who died Sept. 20, 1990 at
9:30 a.m.
Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at the church. Dismissal will
be Tuesday at 10 a.m. with interment in the church cemetery.
She was the mother of Anita Moreaux, Altheia Hernandez and Leonce, Lareno
and
James Daggs and sister of Florida Ryan, Hazel Dunn, Alex Hebert and Rev.
Percy
Truehill. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Junious Bolden; parents, Joseph
and Pearly Truehill; a daughter, Rose Mary Jones; a son, Neal Daggs; a
granddaughter, Vanshander Jones brothers, Freddie and Samuel Truehill,
Joseph Truehill Jr., and Paul Washington Sr. and sisters, Lilly Murray and
Albertha Cyprien.
Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
