Gus Clause
Funeral was at 11 a.m. today at ' Mothe Funeral Home in Algiers for Gus J.
Clause, 65, a native of Labadieville and resident of Algiers who died Sept.
27, 1990 at 4:45 p.m.
He was the father of Royal Clause, Dell Bergeron, Mollie Ballay and Berna
Rae LaCompte and brother of Lucy Boyer, Betty Rodrigue, Ruth Daigle, Vilery
Clause and Gussie Blanchard. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13
great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mathilde Berthelot Clause; parents,
Odille Barrilleaux and Emile Clause and sisters, Rose Clayton and Mary
Folse.
