Willie Daggs
Funeral will be at 8 p.m. today at Bright Morning Star First Baptist Church
in Napoleonville for Willie Daggs, 74, a native and resident of
Napoleonville who died Sept. 2, 1990 at 9:41 p.m.
Visitation will be from 2-4:30 p.m. today at Williams and Southall Funeral
Home in Napoleonville and from 5 p.m. until funeral time today at the
church. Dismissal at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial is in the church cemetery.
He was the husband of Jessie Mae Daggs; father of Patricia James, Cynthia
Carter, and Betty, Matthew, Rudy and Charles Daggs and brother of Gerald
Tunson, Walter and Adam Daggs Jr., Julia Worthy, Geraldine Wells, and
Jessie Mae Lucien. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Ethel Daggs; brothers,
Isiah and Douglas Daggs; and sister, Ethel Daggs.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of
arrangements.
