Henderson Hadley
Funeral will be at 8 a.m. Thursday at Morning Star Baptist Church in
Thibodaux for Henderson "Rabbit" Hadley Jr., 59, a native of Raceland and
resident of Thibodaux, who died Sept. 2, 1990.
Visitation will be at the church from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.
He was the husband of Leola P. Hadley; father of Youlanda Hadley; step-
father of Marilyn Fleming Brannon and brother of Jackson Hadley, Thelma H.
Ducre, and Virginia H. Dorsey. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henderson Hadley Sr. and Elisha
Wilson Hadley; a daughter, Carolyn Hadley James and a step-daughter,
Beverly Fleming Ellis.
Landry Funeral Home of Thibodaux in charge of arrangements.
Correction
In an obituary for Henderson Hadley on Sept. 4, the funeral time was
reported incorrectly. Hadley's funeral will be at 8 p.m. today at Morning
Star Baptist Church on Brule Road. Dismissal service will be at 10 a.m.
Thursday.
