Elsie Lorraine
Funeral was today at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in
Golden Meadow for Elsie Mae Lorraine, 58, a native of New Orleans and
resident
of Golden Meadow who died Sept. 29, 1990 at 2:55 p.m.
She was the mother of Daniel, Robert and Lindbergh Lorraine Jr. and Linda
Callais and the sister of Josephine Plaisance. She is also survived by five
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lindbergh Lorraine Sr.; parents,
Daniel Taravella and Georgiana McGill; and a sister, Delores Tessitore.
Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
Correction
In a death notice for Elsie Lorraine in Monday's paper the name of one of
her children was reported incorrectly. Lorraine was survived by her son
Rodney Lorraine.
