Eviola Matherne
Funeral was at 10 a.m. today at Full Gospel Church in Golden Meadow for
Eviola Ann Lee Matherne, 42, a native and resident of Golden Meadow who
died Sept. 30, 1990 at 6:40 p.m.
She was the wife of Lafery Joseph Matherne; mother of Troy and Cynthia
Matherne and Patricia Billiot; sister of Hennessy Lee Jr., Norman Lee Sr.,
Lorvenia Bourgeois, Clovisia Guidry, Louverda Bourgeois, Norma Billiot, Dora
Lee Rebstock and Julia Naquin. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hennessy Lee Sr. and Philonese
Crosby Lee; a brother, Paul Lee; sisters, Julie Lee and Virginia Arceneaux.
Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
