Paul Traigle Sr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at St.
Joseph Co-Cathedral for Paul E. Traigle Sr., 85, a native and resident
of Thibodaux who died Tuesday, April 2, 1991 at 11 p.m.

Visitation will be from 5-10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until funeral
time Friday at Landry's Funeral Home in Thibodaux.

Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

He was a retired fireman with the Home Hook and Ladder Fire Department
of Thibodaux.

He was the father of Paul Traigle Jr., Louis Traigle Sr., Celia LeBoeuf,
Laura Mercer, Emily Chiasson, Florence Knobloch and Agnes Boudreaux;
brother of Odette Pitre.

He is also survived by 38 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and two
great-greatgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Chiasson Traigle; parents.
Emily and Pierre Traigle; sons, Calvin and Leroy Traigle; a daughter,
Bessie Poche; brothers, Blaise, Sylveste and John Traigle; a sister,
Mabel Boudreaux; and a grandson, Gregory Chiasson.
