Robert Gros

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at
Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Thibodaux for Robert J. "Bob"
Gros, 52, a native and resident of Thibodaux who died at 5 p.m.
Wednesday.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral, time Friday at the church.

Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

He was the husband of Bessie Duet Gros; father of Jeffery and John Gros
and Jennifer Bourgeois; brother of Edward, Milton and Joseph Gros, Enola
Waguespack and Betty Collier.

He is also survived by two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mabel Ledet and Eusebe Gros;
sisters, Marie Benoit and Lillie Mae Berger; and a brother, Nolan Gros.

Landry's Funeral Home of Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
