DOROTHY FRANCIS

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at New Magnolia Baptist Church for
Dorothy Francis, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of
Thibodaux who died Saturday.

Visitation will be from 3-4 p.m. Friday followed by an 8 p.m. wake at
Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home chapel in Houma.

Burial will be in the Halfway Cemetery.

She was the wife of Junius Francis of Thibodaux; mother of Clarence
Francis; sister of Willie Dumas of Morgan City, Wilbert Brown of
Lafayette, Lilly Gasery and Mildred and Elmery Brown of Houma.

She is also survived by six grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Brown Sr. and Louise
Campbell Brown; and brothers. Richard, Eddie Jr., Dalton and Percy
Brown.
