Suzanne Champagne

Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony
Church in Luling, for Suzanne Ford Champagne, 89, a native of Thibodaux
and resident of Luling who died at 3:45 a.m. Monday.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today and from 8-10 a.m. Wednesday at
the church.

Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland.

She was the mother of Adler, William and Kenneth Champagne, Keamette
Nicolay, Margarie Bucher and Mary Ann Lendle; sister of Patrick and
Henry Ford, Rose Nunez, Anna Thibodaux and Edith Aupied.

She is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by sons, Stanley and Ralph Champagne; parents,
James and Henriette Toups Ford; brothers, Joseph, Peter and William
Ford: sisters, Mary Champagne and Martha Robert.

Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
