Mary Heaton

Private services took place this morning at Thibodaux Funeral Home
chapel for Mary Weimer Heaton, 32, a native of Thibodaux and resident of
New Orleans who died Wednesday.

Interment was in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She was the initial director of the Ronald McDonald House in New Orleans
and certified surgical technician.

She was the wife of Dr. John F. Heaton; mother of Jack, Erika and Anne
Heaton; daughter of John Weimer Jr.; sister of John, Richard, Michael
and Gregory Weimer.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Kearns Weimer;
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Weimer and Mr. and Mrs. Leo S. Kearns.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Ronald McDonald House, 4403 Canal St.,
New Orleans, 70119, are preferred.

Thibodaux Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
